novel will participate with a stand in the upcoming 7th International Congress on Science and Skiing (ICSS) which will take place from 10 – 15 December 2016 in St. Christoph a. Arlberg, Austria.
The congress is being organized by the Department of Sport Science and Kinesiology of the University of Salzburg. It will offer an exciting scientific program with keynote lectures, invited lectures, oral presentations, and poster presentations by internationally renowned scientists conducting research in alpine and nordic skiing and snowboarding. The range of topics to be discussed will include biomechanics, fitness testing and training, physiological, biological, sociological and pedagogical aspects of Alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding and ski jumping as well as paralympic skiing sports. In addition, many social activities will provide opportunities to meet interesting people and to enjoy the wonderful skiing area.
