novel will participate in the Medical Innovation Conference for the first time. It will be held from 2nd to 3rd October 2018 at the Edgbaston Stadium in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
This unique conference - focused on ‘Prolonged Care’ - is organised in partnership with UK MOD Defence Medical Services (DMS) and brings together over 700 military, humanitarian and emergency healthcare professionals.
During the two-day conference the theme of delivering care under conditions of reduced capability and limited resources in locations of increased challenge will be discussed and developed. It will explore the symbiosis between nursing and medical interventions and present innovative solutions and evolving concepts in the management and care of patients through medicine at the edge.
