The Research Center for Sport, Mountain and Health, University of Verona (CeRiSM) has provided an exhibit for "Ski past:
storie nordiche in Fiemme e nel mondo", an exhibition about the history of skiing, shown in Trento from October 2012 until June 2013.

Their exhibit shows a mannequin which is equipped like an athlete for performance tests in the laboratory of CeRiSM, carrying a novel pedar-x system with sensor insoles for measuring in cross-country ski boots, and a cardiopulmonary system.
