loadsol on trampoline

Trampolinists wear 3-sensor loadsol^® insoles and perform some series of jumps. The aim of the measurements is to draw conclusions about the stability of the athlete’s ankle during contact with the mat. Therefore loadsol^® insoles were chosen which distinguish between lateral and medial load on the forefoot.

The measurements were performed by scientists of the Sports Institute of the University of Giessen, Dr. Katja Ferger and Michel Hackbarth, who work on the project “Innotramp” funded by the Federal Institute for Sports Sciences, in cooperation with the DTB (German Gymnastics Association). The athletes train under the direction of Steffen Eislöffel of the Federal Base in Bad Kreuznach.
